What is ERC-5489
ERC-5489 is a hyperlinked extension that allows hyperlinks to be embedded onto NFTs, allowing users to click hNFTs and be transported to any url assigned by the NFT owner. The hyperlink NFT, or hNFT standard, extends the utility of an NFT for value capture.

What is EDCON
EDCON 2023 (Community Ethereum Development Conference) is one of the largest events in the Ethereum community and will take place from May 19 to 23 in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro.
The conference will focus on blockchain regulation, Layer 3, decentralized society, decentralized governance, network countries, and more, presented in various formats such as keynote speeches, technical workshops, and panel discussions.
